Role Description

  1. Integrated internal and external resources (government, dealers),
  2. Planned and developed the local channel network with new dealers, and as well responsible to grow dealers.
  3. Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
  4. Formulated and strengthened annual/monthly business targets, developed localized marketing strategies and business policies, and continuously established and improved channel network effectiveness (achieved sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators);
  5. Focus on supply chain guarantee and dealers' operating status, taking into account brand building and service operation to ensure overall sound operation;
  6. Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
  7. Continue to pay attention to the risk of operating the whole link and operate in compliance.
  8. Be GEELY ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.

Qualifications

  1. 5 years of channel sales experience in automotive company is preferred (dealer group or car brand company)
  2. English language at working level
  3. Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals;
  4. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
