Job Responsibilities:
- Kick off organization transformation
- Develop and implement TA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Led and manage executive recruitment team that recruit managerial level and above for the group
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategies
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Proven working experience as TA Manager - minimum 10 years of working experience of which 7 must be in HR function
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill
