Job Responsibilities:

  • Kick off organization transformation
  • Develop and implement TA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Led and manage executive recruitment team that recruit managerial level and above for the group
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategies
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications

Key Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as TA Manager - minimum 10 years of working experience of which 7 must be in HR function
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill
