Customer Relationship Manager – BMW & Mini Eurokars

Location: PIK, Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure a premium experience aligned with the BMW and Mini brands.
  • Oversee daily customer interactions, ensuring every guest feels valued and taken care of.
  • Manage the in-house F&B service, focusing on delivering exceptional coffee and mocktail experiences that reflect luxury and sophistication.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate events, VIP services, and special customer engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury or premium environments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Expertise in F&B, particularly in coffee preparation and mocktail creations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer feedback with professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring high standards of service.
