Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed assets and inventory management
- Experience in handling retail industry
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel is required
- Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment /fast-growing company
- High integrity and a problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee activities related to inventory
- Provide accurate and timely inventory data for the accounting department
- Solve any inventory discrepancies issues
- Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for inventory and fixed assets
- Handle physical inventory count periodically, including preparing stock opname report
- Recommend the necessary inventory provision including the documentation
