Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at KLAPA RESORT located in Bali, Indonesia. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, managing staff, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing Housekeeping Team (minimum 2 years)
  • Hospitality educational background and or related certification is a plus
  • Having effective communication and customer service skills
  • Hands on experience in conducting training programs
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
