Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, meticulous, and organized Project Manager to join our growing team at Teman Data. The ideal candidate will manage data and technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be required to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams. Technical skills are a plus, but the focus is on being proactive, detail-oriented, organized, creating clear reports, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively plan and manage data and technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and reports to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients in fluent English, anticipating their needs and keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and well-organized.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring all project requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and anticipating project needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in creating comprehensive reports and documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Technical skills (e.g., understanding of data systems, software development, or IT infrastructure) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
