- Digital Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like Campaign and Creative to integrate digital elements into broader marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant digital content.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, clicks, and conversions.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement based on regular analysis of digital ads performance.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, familiar with CPAS and SEO will be highly regarded.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of digital channels and certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and website tools).
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to provide valuable marketing and business insights.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
