  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REQUIREMENT :

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agricultural Education, Training & Development, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs (preferably sales training). Experience within the agricultural sector is an advantage.

SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for creating impactful learning experiences.
  • Agricultural Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural practices, terminologies, and innovations is highly beneficial.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and enhance training materials to meet the needs of employees, particularly within the agricultural sector.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtual, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the success of training programs by conducting evaluations and gathering feedback, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Support Agricultural Knowledge Transfer: While not mandatory, a background in or understanding of agricultural practices is a plus and will aid in delivering more industry-relevant content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and implement customized programs aligned with business goals.
