- Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs (preferably sales training). Experience within the agricultural sector is an advantage.

- Creativity and enthusiasm for creating impactful learning experiences.
- Agricultural Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural practices, terminologies, and innovations is highly beneficial.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and enhance training materials to meet the needs of employees, particularly within the agricultural sector.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtual, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the success of training programs by conducting evaluations and gathering feedback, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Support Agricultural Knowledge Transfer: While not mandatory, a background in or understanding of agricultural practices is a plus and will aid in delivering more industry-relevant content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and implement customized programs aligned with business goals.
