Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Akar Inti Enterprise in Jakarta. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track work experience as Sales Specialist for 4-5 years in IT industry, Digital transformation company, System integrator, or IT Consultant
- Must handle client B2B or enterprise level
- Handle IT product such as Cloud Technology, IT Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Solution, etc
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, and good presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adapt at working with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities :
- Getting new opportunity and acquisition new potential client
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Working closely with Head of Business to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Close the deal with the client and contribute to the business team in driving revenue
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscape
