We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in sales, business development, and marketing, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role also includes managing vendor relationships, marketing and overseeing lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

2. Marketing:

  • Recommend and implement effective marketing strategies and solutions
  • Create, launch, and manage marketing campaigns
  • Generate leads and execute lead generation campaigns

3. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate relationships with vendors, partners, and customers
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to key stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and marketing
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership and team-building experience is a plus
