Our client is a well known Piping systems solution provider.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing and Managing Director to define and execute the Industrial segment strategy in Indonesia.
  • Aim for profitable growth through a comprehensive sales and marketing management approach, enhancing profitability in the Industrial Market Segment.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to commissioning and payment from customers.
  • Facilitate networking with key industry players, including authorities, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate distributor activities when necessary to ensure timely sales for major projects.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise in welding technologies as a valuable sales tool during customer interactions and exhibitions.
  • Maintain updated CRM reports, including OTP reports, with the latest developments in major projects, market activities, and competitor information.


The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or Sales Management.
  • Experience in Sales Projects, technical sales knowledge, and marketing in Pipe Production and Piping Systems.
  • Strong marketing background preferred in Industry Market Segments (Energy, Chemical Process, Water Treatment, etc.), with a focus on Water Treatment Processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of marketing principles, product/service management, sales, and business development, along with a successful performance record.
  • Proficient in reading and creating technical drawings/designs using ACAD and AutoCAD.
  • Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; hands-on experience with management systems (Lean, ISO, 7QC Tools, Kaizen).
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English.
  • Preferably residing in Jakarta or willing to work in Jakarta.
  • Placement will be at the Jakarta Office.
