Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VIP Account Manager at majoo Indonesia in Jakarta. The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, providing personalized support, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and maintain a deep understanding of majoo's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing VIP clients or key accounts
  • Experience in managing project and internal stakeholders, especially dealing with Product & Engineering
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for client growth
  • Knowledge of business management solutions and software
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Willing to visit the customer
