  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a leader in voice and data processing for telecommunications and governmental agencies, is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the development of advanced IP data and voice processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end IP and Voice data processing solutions.
  • Develop high-quality, secure, and high-performance code.
  • Solve complex system architecture challenges, including performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to engineers.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into the client’s processes.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and decision-making.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system designs and API specs.
  • Drive adherence to best software development practices, including CI/CD and test-driven development.

Required Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on C/C++ and Java.
  • Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SIP) and multi-threaded programming.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with Linux development environments and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Leadership experience and a track record of mentoring engineers.
