Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Mice at Swissôtel Nusantara in Penajam. The Sales Manager Mice will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, promoting meeting, incentive, conference, and event services, and cultivating client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in promoting meeting, incentive, conference, and event services
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and MICE sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
