We are seeking a dynamic and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, along with the ability to prepare and pitch presentations to clients. This role requires a highly organized individual who can lead social media initiatives, manage a team, and drive successful campaigns. Candidates must also be able to provide a portfolio showcasing their previous work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch Deck Creation and Client Presentations: Develop and present compelling pitch decks to clients, showcasing strategic social media plans.
  • Content Management: Create and oversee a comprehensive social media calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Content Creation: Generate, edit, and share high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) that builds engagement and fosters community interaction.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to drive brand visibility and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve social media goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest trends in social media marketing and digital advertising to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years managing teams.
  • Proven experience preparing and pitching social media strategies to clients.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, advertising campaigns, and performance analysis across social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various social media platforms.
  • Ability to interpret social media data into actionable insights and provide recommendations based on performance.
  • Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for identifying and leveraging trending topics.
  • Proficient with social media publishing, analytics, and monitoring tools.
  • Fluent in English and experienced in managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
