Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

1. Ensuring the receipt and inspection of incoming goods according to orders.

2. Conducting the process of receiving and checking the quality of goods.

3. Communicating with distributors to ensure the availability of appropriate stock.

4. Optimizing the receiving process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any major.

2. Having knowledge about production materials.

3. Preferable has experience in purchasing import material.

4. Minimum 2 years experiences as purchasing in manufacturing is a must.

5. Expert in Microsoft Excel formula (Pivot, Vlookup, Sum If).

6. Active in English (spoken and written).

7. Willing be placed in Klapanunggal, Cileungsi or Cikarang Pusat.
