We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team and help us continue to attract top-notch talent to fuel our growth and success.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and understanding of the Job Description and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
- Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and industry-specific platforms;
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation;
- Monitor Human Resource Information data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team’s manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure;
- Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company policies;
- Involve in addressing implementations: hr and admin concerning compliances, documentations, policies and procedures;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience;
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies;
- Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor and/or any changes in the role due to organizational structuring realignment effected from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with at least 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience recruiting for non-tech like digital marketing, social media, customer service, sales and tech positions.
- Preferably can communicate well in English and Bahasa language
Work Set-up: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
