Job Responsibilities
· Offering certification products
· Creating a proposal letter
· Analyzing and developing customer relation strategies to increase the number of repeat order
· Conducting customer satisfaction evaluation
· Reporting sales performance data (weekly, monthly, annually) to the head of the Business Development division
Qualifications
· Communication and Customer Service skills
· Experience in relevant business is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in relevant field
· able to work alone or in a group
· able to work under target
Working days: Monday - Friday
Time: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
