Job Summary:
The Researcher will be responsible for conducting thorough and detailed research in IT/Digital area field. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, creating reports, and providing insights that contribute to the organization’s knowledge base and decision-making processes.
Description:
- Understanding a client's business needs
- Design and implement research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather relevant data.
- Gather primary and secondary data through various means such as surveys, interviews, literature reviews, and data mining.
- Analyze data using statistical software, databases, and other tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.
Requirements:
- Graduated (Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree or PhD) with good results from a reputable university
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Business Level Fluency in English and Indonesian Language
- Analytical mindset
- Strong documentation skill
- IT and Digital field knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience in Automotive/FMCG industry
- Ability to work together with clients and project members
- Good time management and organizational skills
