Job Description

The Activity Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of coaches and teachers across all centers, ensuring quality and consistency in the delivery of Montessori, gymnastics, multi-sports, and other children’s activities. This role involves managing schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. The Supervisor will report to the Activity Manager and work closely with the curriculum team to implement and enhance programs.

  • Oversee daily operations across centers, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate coaches and teachers to enhance performance and quality.
  • Manage class schedules and resources effectively.
  • Implement training programs for consistent program delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum team to align activities with organizational goals.
  • Address operational issues, track performance metrics, and report to the Activity Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, sports management, early childhood development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, activity management, or program supervision, particularly in children’s education or sports.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and optimizing operational processes.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Team player and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Montessori or early childhood educational principles is a plus. Experience in sports or activity management for children (gymnastics, multi-sports) is highly desirable.
