Along our work processes, we realized the higher demand for an optimal design and build service encompassing a design consultancy and construction within one roof. Under the name PT. Satyamas Indoraya we then introduced our design and build start-up in 2010. Our very intricate scale for quality interior products motivated us to also build our own custom manufacturing workshop tailoring exactly to your needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Factory Manager - DESIGN INTERIOR located in North Cikarang. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, production, and management of interior products within our custom manufacturing workshop. Your day-to-day tasks will include supervising the manufacturing process, coordinating with designers and construction teams, ensuring quality control and timely production, managing resources and budgets, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role
  • Strong background in interior design and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent knowledge of quality control principles and manufacturing standards
  • Ability to interpret design drawings and technical specifications
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design and manufacturing software is a plus
