Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Forestry Manager at ROOTCLOUD located in Pekanbaru, with flexibility for remote work. The Forestry Manager will be responsible for overseeing forestry operations, managing timber resources, implementing urban forestry initiatives, and ensuring effective forest management practices.

  1. Handle and manage forestry plantation and subcontractors
  2. Ensure their daily production performance as per target
  3. Continuous improvement on how to increase forestry yield production
  4. Optimize the process to subcontractors

Qualifications

  • Forestry and Forest Management ，Subcontractor management skills.
  • Experience in Timber Harvesting. Forestry plantation.
  • Knowledge of Extensive planting and logging Forestry practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field.
