Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Jakarta team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building lasting relationships, and ensuring our clients’ needs are met with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product development) to deliver services aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Handle client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a technology or digital solutions company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
