User Experience Writer

We have an urgent needs for UX Writer position.

Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in a tech or digital product environment;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices;
• Comfortable with research to support optimal product outcomes;
• Strong portfolio, showcasing your ability to write clear and user-friendly content that shows business impact and results;
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Familiar with Figma, for writing and editing copy;
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, in a cross-functional team environment;

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with brand, development, design and account teams to create user-centered content for web and mobile applications;
• Write and edit UX copy for brands through website and mobile applications;
• Create content guidelines for design system components;
• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and preferences;
• Participate in creating a content development strategy;
• Work closely with the UX team to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content strategy.
