SALES MANAGER
We are seeking a proficient Sales Manager to join one of our valued clients in the construction industry. The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote construction projects and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction sector and the ability to drive business growth through targeted campaigns and market analysis. Specialization in B2B marketing, particularly in the construction or infrastructure sectors, is essential. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate expertise in managing sales budgets, building client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Manage B2B sales initiatives to attract large-scale infrastructure projects, construction companies, and industrial clients.
- Coordinate digital and direct sales to promote the company.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s services and products.
- Oversee the sales budget for cost-effective results.
- Track and report on sales performance with improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in construction, industrial, bitumen, or similar industries.
- Experience in strategic contract sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong market analysis and sales strategy skills.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels and import/export regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and customer analysis.
