  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role is essential to support our influencer marketing efforts during a maternity leave period. If you have a passion for creative marketing, a proven track record in the agency environment, and are available to work from our Pondok Pinang office, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description:

  • Campaign Management: Lead and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring all posts and stories meet brief and timeline requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Support and collaborate with influencer marketing, digital media, social media, and creative production teams, as well as liaise with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with talent managers, agents, publicists, and influencers, and manage influencer databases.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and recommend strategies to enhance client campaigns and adjust digital and social media efforts for optimal results.
  • Administration and Reporting: Manage contract terms, financial paperwork, and communicate results and reports both internally and to clients.

Requirements:

  • Work Location: Available to work from the office in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta.
  • Contract Term: Willing to accept a 3-month contract to cover maternity leave.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a KOL Specialist in an agency setting.
