Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Job Responsibilites
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform system updates, backups, and regular maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
- Document and log all technical support requests and solutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.
