Job Responsibilities

  • Work order management. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
  • Day-to-day complaint handling on ticketing system.
  • Schedule and escort all vendors for periodic equipment preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Monitor the quality assurance of all maintenance tasks.
  • Attend to emergency trouble shooting and repairs, including preparation of Incident Reports.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: ACMV, electrical, fire and plumbing systems and equipment
  • Performs administrative duties diligently. Provide daily operation support and update daily report.
  • Assists with installation and modification works.
  • Arrange end-to-end purchasing process of work order based on user request or proposal.
  • Vendor management, improvement and SLA review.
  • HSE management, ensuring zero goals to each aspect.
  • Incident management and reporting.
  • Office Keys management.
  • Fixed Assets Management for facilities related assets.
  • Create budgets OPEX and CAPEX, present and justify.
  • Responding to urgent maintenance calls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years minimum prior relevant experience in facility operations.
  • Good in English both written and verbal.
  • Utilizes several skills such as air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to work independently – strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams – lead and/or follow; respectful, cooperative, accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management.
  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
