Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager in Business Development at YCM Mold Prevention Solutions in Semarang, with flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company. They will also assist in creating and implementing business development strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English, Mandarin is a plus
  • We welcome fresh graduates to join us
