Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Analyst to join our Merchant Development team. This role involves creating strategies for select merchants, identifying new business opportunities, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and go-to-market (GTM) plans. Based in Jakarta, you will be instrumental in building relationships with strategic partners, driving revenue growth, and helping position Indepay as a market leader in financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and manage strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Account Management: Lead account management activities, including the development and execution of sales plans to meet client business objectives.
- Strategy Execution: Develop customized strategies to increase revenue and market share for select strategic partner accounts.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify strategic business opportunities through a deep understanding of customer needs and Indepay’s product offerings.
- Negotiation & Proposals: Work closely with internal teams to negotiate and finalize proposals with strategic partners.
- Education & Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert for Indepay's platform, educating partners about development opportunities and market trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, market research, and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor performance against business objectives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Communication & Presentation: Deliver clear, impactful presentations to stakeholders and influence key decision-makers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and present to executive-level audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
