Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and Ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and offering relevant additional products or services.
  • Proactively manage and support client retention efforts by addressing concerns, identifying renewal opportunities, and ensuring timely new contract or renewals.
  • Identify, track, and resolve any issues that clients may face, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in the HRIS software, IT solution or software development sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including SaaS and cloud solutions.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
