Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Supervisor located in Sentul - Jawa Barat. The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers, coordinating project tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and implementing best practices in engineering processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven experience in engineering project management
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Experience in the engineering industry especially in beverages product at least 2 years
  • Have a good knowledge about machinery especially canning and bottling machinery
