We are seeking an experienced and driven Materials Account Manager to lead the growth of our sustainable materials business within the eyewear industry. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire sales pipeline-from identifying potential B2B clients to closing deals and providing post-sale support-ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. This position blends sales expertise, relationship management, and operational oversight to support the delivery of innovative, sustainable eyewear materials made from recycled products.

As the sales pipeline expands, this role will evolve, with the possibility of splitting responsibilities to accommodate a dedicated customer success team member for post-sale management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Management

    • Lead the full sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, conversions, and post-sale activities, ensuring successful delivery of client orders.
  • B2B Client Relations

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with eyewear companies, aligning their sustainability goals with our recycled material offerings and long-term vision.
  • Email Marketing & Multi-channel Outreach

    • Manage email marketing campaigns, engage in multi-channel outreach (e.g., LinkedIn, phone), and nurture leads to close sales.
  • CRM Management

    • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, ensuring each sales pipeline stage is well-documented and updated regularly.
  • Order Delivery Oversight

    • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of sample products and client orders.
  • Customer Success

    • Provide post-sale training and support in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting & Metrics

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback to refine the sales process and drive growth.
  • Resupply Coordination

    • Manage repeat orders, ensuring smooth coordination and fulfillment for resupply, maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Closed-Loop Recycling Coordination

    • Collaborate with clients to implement our closed-loop recycling program, educating them on the process of returning end-of-life eyewear products for recycling, and overseeing logistics for product returns.


  • Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the sustainable materials or fashion/apparel industries.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of circular economy principles, sustainable materials, and the environmental impact of plastic waste.
    • Skills: Proven track record in managing high-value B2B accounts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships.
    • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion: A deep commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, client meetings, and company events.


    Additional Information:

    • Location: Based in our Bali office, with a future HQ in Dalung.
    • Language: Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.
    • Software: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp) is required.
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible).
    • Vacation: 15 days of paid vacation per year (3 weeks).
