Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of a year of experience in talent acquisition in FMCG, beauty, or start-up industries
  • Experienced in executing end-to-end hiring processes for managerial level
  • Agile, detail-oriented, and high-achiever person who can work in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Experienced in using various job platforms
  • Creative and innovative person
  • Having experience in handling employer branding

Responsibilities:

  • Find, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia
  • Conduct a full cycle of talent acquisition (from job posting to onboarding process) using various techniques
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the employee experience (e.g. probation period, support internal activities related to company culture)
  • Manage job sources and review its effectiveness regularly
  • Support employer branding activities across digital platforms
