Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that our products and services continue to be valuable, develop a trustworthy relationship with customers and communicate with them simply and efficiently.
• Establish a customer success program and do customer analysis to find patterns and potential for revenue generation.
• Build strong bonds with current customers to expand your client
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions.
• Manage relationships with customers to get customer success stories and references.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (Fresh Graduate open to apply)
• Having experience as a Call Center would be preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as shown multitasking and ambiguity
• Understanding of customer success processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
