Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in recruitment activities, such as preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the hiring process.
  • Assisting in sourcing talent using creative strategies to identify the best candidates for Campaign.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives by helping create content and promote open positions on social media or other platforms.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and data within the recruitment & selection process.
  • Learning and researching new recruitment methodologies and strategies suited for a fully remote startup environment.
  • Actively contribute and participate in engagement activities held by the People Team, helping to foster a positive and connected company culture.

Requirements

  • Majoring in Psychology, HR Management, or any related field.
  • Open to undergraduates (min. 5th semester) & fresh graduates.
  • Passionate in the social world and a commitment to Campaign’s mission of creating #ForABetterWorld.
  • Experience or knowledge in recruitment & selection processes.
  • Strong data analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, open-minded, and positive with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media or employer branding concepts is a plus.
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
  • Complete at least 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld app that reflect your personal social mission.
