  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement infrastructure solutions, including servers, network devices, storage, and virtualization platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance by regularly updating hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Design, implement, and manage both LAN and WAN networks, ensuring security and efficiency.
  • Manage physical and virtual servers, ensuring proper configuration, patching, backups, and recovery plans are in place.
  • Administer cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, etc.) to ensure cost-effective scalability and performance.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption measures.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and perform regular testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
  • Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues related to the infrastructure.
  • Work closely with development, DevOps, and other IT teams to support their infrastructure needs and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least has 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux)
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Docker)
  • Experience with Networking Device (e.g. Mikrotik, Aruba, Unifi)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Expertise in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Familiarity with server hardware, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), and backup/recovery systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles (firewalls, encryption, IDS/IPS).
  • Experience with infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
