  • Periodical cleaning (carpet shampooing, chair upholster & fabric partition cleaning, hard floor scrubbing)

Hard Services & Safety

  • PPM 52W – setup, manage, and coordinate for the plan and execution (HVAC, lighting and Electrical Panel)
  • Office health and safety checking (Fire Extinguisher, Emergency doors, emergency light, exit sign, evacuation route, lighting, etc)
  • Response to environment & safety issues to be informed to client and providing action plan

Requirements

Office Support Services

  • Manage temporary access badge
  • Manage help desk (Work Order, and provide trending report)
  • Finance (AR process, AP process, Budgeting, Accruals, and Reporting)
  • Operation (daily site walkaround, office & pantry supplies management, handling complain, event management, tracking inbound and outgoing mail, food and drink arrangement for meeting, etc)
  • Reporting (preparing daily, weekly, MMR, and QBR)
  • Prepare monthly report and present to client
  • Liaison with workplace provisioning staff in relation to churn coordination, assisting with tasks related to facilities management
  • Liaise with Site security, including guard services and access control systems
  • Landlord coordination - Liaise with Building management for work permits & schedule PPM
  • Vendor Management (sourcing and negotiation)
  • Ensure proper documentation to be “Audit Ready”
