Merchandiser & E-Commerce Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and execute campaign/promotion plan to achieve higher sales
• Acquiring new potential brands and maintaining good connections with the individual or principal sellers
• Overseeing the buying process, forecasting profit, inventory demands, and trends, and negotiating with suppliers
• Identify areas for improvements, and new sourcing opportunities and establish procedures to deliver tangible cost savings and speed
• Manage online store to sell Mama Kit products of Mama First on e-commerce platform, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Manage and execute all e-commerce operations: product description and product detail uploading, price setting, chat handling, stock updating, etc.
• Manage inventory, stock turns, and minimize slow and dead stocks and plan replenishment stocks to vendors/suppliers.
• Working closely with marketing team to boost sales to achieve monthly sales target
• Create daily/weekly/monthly report analysis related to sales, promotions, and products performance at e-commerce

Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree from well-known University.

* Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising/relationship management

* Excellent business development, client development, and relationship building with a service mindset

* Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties

* Strong in strategic planning, data analysis, negotiation and collaboration

* Willing to do FULL WFO in Duri Kosambi, Jakarta Barat
