Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with another team to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in improving recruitment practices and implementing new sourcing techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either through internships or full-time roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, especially LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
