Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with another team to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in improving recruitment practices and implementing new sourcing techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either through internships or full-time roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, especially LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
