Job Overview :

This role is responsible for executing and optimizing all paid campaigns across Google platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Ads, Display Ads, Discovery (Demand Gen), YouTube Video, and App Install Ads. The main goal is to drive user growth and increase customer acquisition through these paid channels, with a focus on Google Ads.

Job Description :

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across all available platforms, including Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Video Ads, App Install Ads, and Discovery (Demand Gen).
  • Implement and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track conversions and performance metrics.
  • Use data-driven strategies to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals for user growth and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, Creative,Brand Team) to align marketing strategy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and Google Ads innovations to ensure best practices are applied.
  • Manage budgets and optimize spend to maximize result with healty ROAS.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, App Install, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for Firebase for conversion tracking and performance insights.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and improving customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, performance optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and optimization.
  • Able to work individually with minimal supervision, while able to follow directions and eager to be collaborative.
  • Familiarity with app analytics or have experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to optimize mobile attribution is a plus.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, as it aligns with industry-specific app user behaviors and marketing strategies.
  • Have Google Ads certifications (prefered).
