We seek a talented Senior Account Manager to join one of our client accounts, where you will think innovatively – beyond the obvious and help to develop highly engaging ideas and campaigns. We need an experienced, button-down, and diligent client handler who is used to working on multi-channel creative campaigns within the advertising industry. Being a fast learner, problem solver, good communicator, and a team player are key skills for this role.

What you’ll do

  • Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with teams members on required deliverables and manage client expectations.
  • Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
  • Managing and overviewing progress and delivering the client's projects
  • Maintaining agency quality standards, performing SOP, and leading the team collaboration
  • Updating and managing client's expectations about the progress of solutions/projects from the agency
  • identifying business performance for handling brands and initiating suggestions for the Account Director
  • Analyzing work performance and result for a client, and initiating the requirements or next step.
  • Monitoring, managing, and chasing work progress
  • Supervising Account Executive, grooming process: delegating, training, and preparing talent Delivering presentations, including business review, competition analysis, industry trends, etc.
  • Determine goals and establish annual budgets for clients handled
  • Provide agency brief for agency respective colleagues according to solution/project necessity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Prefer a digital creative agency experience
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment
  • Desire to drive continuous improvement
