Sales Manager (Team Leader)

Job Description :

1. Manage sales team in planning, target achievement and sales strategy alignment
2. Coordinate the business competition analysis process as well as profiling and account planning
3. Coordinate penetration activities for Strategic Account customers and increase customer acceptance of Lintasarta products
4. Coordinate the process of new customer acquisition, sales, cross-selling and customer retention
5. Lead to synchronize sales target achievement
6. Manage and facilitate feedback from customers

Requirement :

1. Minimum 3 years experience in middle management layer in B2B sales function
2. Strong portfolio in B2B sales, in high tech/telecommunication industry
3. Demonstrate strong strategic sales leadership, team management and ethical conduct
