Requirement :

Bachelor Degree any field
Minimum 5 years proven working experience similiar field
In-depth knowledge of Recruitment, Performance Management, People Development, Organizational Development, other HR best practices
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Must be the best at what they do and go the extra mile, needs to be flexible, to provide top quality services.
Ability to keep their word, deliver results, be committed to their responsibilities, have strong power and act as if the business was their own
Multitasking Skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara

Jobdesc :

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital functions and duties of each team member
Responsilble for developing and implementing all functions of Human Capital including Employee Relation, Performance Management and Training Management together
Collaborate with IT Department to develop internal HCM Information System and to ensure successful operation and intergration with internal HCM System
Monitor internal HCM system and databases and make sure all data is updated
Liase with all departments to provide feedback and analysis of dapartment requierments in terms of staffing, structure and employee needs
Provide insight and stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and employment legislations to ensure organisation compliance
Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations
Assist with managing of a positive and value aligned employee Culture
Responsible for the maintenance of company buildings and inventory
Involved in building construction projects, company facilities and infrastructure
Make regular reports on company assets
Performs other duties as assigned
