Responsibilities
- The establishment of communication channels: to ensure the timely and effective transmission of market demand, customer complaints, the formation of demand, the list of problems, tracking the technical side of the clear solutions and processing methods;
- After-sales service: support after-sales problems on-site processing and recording (specific processing methods, tools and basic knowledge, we support professional training, offline or online communication).
- Other territorial support work: Indonesia market information collection and transmission of charging pile market demand, policies, and other temporary work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Has minimum 2 years experience doing after sales, and marketing activity in charging station industry/company
- has the electrotechnical certificate will be a big plus
- Proficiency in English, speaking and writing
- Proficiency in mandarin will be a big plus
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Diploma degree can try).
Salary Range: Open for Negotiation.
