  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Creating and developing recruitment plan and strategy to ensure our teams consist of qualified individuals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from psychology or related majors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • min 6 months - 1 year of experience as a talent acquisition/recruitment specialist
  • Self-starter, high initiative, and very motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially to talk, discuss and negotiate with various People dan Culture
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms and process that attract suitable applicants.
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes
