Responsibilities
1. Will be handling end-to-end B2B sales including hunting, farming, maintaining, existing, and getting new clients.
2. Chase new sales opportunities through outbound emails/cold calls/warm calls daily
3. Lead the inside sales specialists' team to consistently achieve quota month on month to drive individual and team targets
4. Be the go-to person, lead by example and become the source of energy and motivation for the team when the time is right
5. Stay in sync with the sales team, understand the market response and incorporate relevant feedback in the outreach process.
Qualifications
1. Min. Experience of 2-4 years with a proven track record of handling a sales team with consistent top-performance
2. Looking for someone who has the right culture fit with high ownership, can create impact, and never give up attitude.
3. Has a high track record of more than 80% target achievement and looks for growth story
4. Willingness to take up IC role
5. Experienced handles media events or HRIS
