Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate development project in Ubud. This role is ideal for a skilled sales professional who excels in direct client engagement and managing relationships with external sales agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting directly with potential clients and coordinating the efforts of external sales agents to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Directly consult with potential clients, providing detailed information and guidance on our real estate offerings to drive sales.
  • Coordination of Sales Agents: Manage and coordinate external sales agents to ensure alignment with project goals and optimize sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, adjusting tactics in response to market feedback and trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback on sales progress, market conditions, and client interactions to senior management.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and client management ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.

Language Proficiency:
