Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade channel
- High adaptability in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
- Have background experience in personal care and skincare
- Have handled Modern Trade channels in the placements area
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales in NKA and Modern Trade Independent channels in the placements area
- Maintain good communication with clients and key accounts
- Achieve designated targets, such as sales target, product distribution and availability, and new clients target
- Help with the execution of plans on the ground or store level
- Handle complaints from clients and key account
